| It is imperative that customers request the dimensions of each bed and check these against the access into the room the item will be assembled (stairways, doorways and hallways etc). Especially the headboard heights. |
| UK standard sized mattresses will fit any of our beds only. |
| The dimensions are measured at the widest and longest point which is usually measured as width of the headboard and the overall length including headboard and footboard. However if you have any specific requirements, please get in touch prior to placing the order. |
| As all beds are handmade therefore please allow a tolerance of between 2-3 cm for the sizes. If you have specific size requirements then please clearly mention that on your order to ensure the final size fits your requirements. |
| All standard bedstead’s come with a base board (non slatted) which prove to be longer lasting, more sturdy holding a combined weight of 40 stone. The base boards can be lifted manually from the footend to lift and use the underneath storage. This option is more ideal for long term storage use, not everyday. |
| If you wish to upgrade to either our metal ottoman gas lift insert’s, Divan lift Ottoman or Divan base with drawers. All 3 of these options we provide an easier option to lift for the underneath bed storage more ideal for everyday and often usage. |

| We offer a two-man delivery service, this service does come at a chargeable fee with 3 separate options ; Doorstep only, Upstairs to the required room only or full delivered, taken to required room, full assembly & all packaging removed – Please see options at checkout. |
